Description

Update a bunch of dependencies
Add SelectProvider modal
Move providers logo's to integrations/*provider name*/assets
Move UnlockMetamask to integrations/metamask/components
Add CHECK_AVAILABLE_PROVIDERS action
Introduce checkAvailability method for each provider
Don't init REMOTE provider
