Add an FAQs page to Olympia #569

As a user, I want to see an FAQs section on Olympia.gnosis.pm, so that I can refer to it whenever I have questions about the tournament.

Acceptance criteria:

Add an FAQs section next to the Game Guide
Add an FAQs section to the Olympia landing page that can be accessed when there is no live tournament
Make the question titles clickable and expandable to view their answers, as implemented in https://rinkeby.slow.trade/#/content/FAQ
