Dapp page doesn't recognize Safe after refreshing #97

Description

Dapp page doesn't recognize Safe after refreshing. But it does recognize it against when clearing the cache.

Environment

Safe browser extension version: Version: 1.2.1
Browser version: Chrome
Operating system: MacOS

Steps to reproduce

If applicable, please provide a screenshot or small video reproducing the bug. Provide as much information as necessary to reproduce the bug.

I have a Safe installed
I have a dapp whitelisted (https://rinkeby.slow.trade)
I access a dapp (https://rinkeby.slow.trade/) -> Safe is detected, all cool.
Now I reload the page (without clearing the cache) -> Safe is not detected anymore.
