Remove style #35

We need functionality to remove a style from the styles page.

This functionality is in. Open any style, then click on the settings tab. There should be a remove style (trash can icon) button at the bottom of the page.

Ah ha! Thanks. Any chance that trash can could be put next to each style on the styles page? If not or you don't like it there that's fine, just wondering.

I don't think the delete style functionality should be too exposed to keep from people accidentally deleting their styles.
