Remove dot (.) before /.htaccess and /site.php #103

No need to add dot to ignoring file in root folder.

Thank you. However the dot (,) before .htaccess & site.php is intended, so that only top-level .htaccess and site.php should be ignored by git.

My mistake dot (.) sign is not necessary.
