errors when server host port 8080 #137

when using a sub-site on a host running on port 8080, urls are messing up, I imagine it's because their not adding the ':8080' to the end of the base_url.

Just a guess, so for now I am running on port 80 as usual and all is well with it, but it's annoying knowing there is an issue.

Should be working by now (need to reinstall)
