Responsive Design is not working as expected #75

The menu for small devices is taking more width than it should. The "app logo" (left) and "menu icon" in the right are cutted and it add a unnecessary horizontal scrollbar in the page, you can see it in the attached image:

I tested with 3 different themes, and I could see the same behaviour in all, but still did not investigate it deeply, so I'm not sure if it is a theme issue or framework issue.

It must be theme issue. Unfortunately, all theme has the same behavior. I'll investigate it further

fixed (https://github.com/goFrendiAsgard/No-CMS/commit/52a4df1aca19d7119abe91fab54f85530ca80592), ignore the hybridauth.log
