Dropdown menus have only 3 choices visible #81

Many drop-down menus only have 3 choices visible. There may be dozens of choices, but only 3 are visible at one time. It takes a lot of scrolling to find the choice the user wants. Please change this to be configurable. The default number visible should be about 10, but should be configurable to any number between 5 and 100.
