Improve further the Region Editor with better zoom and selection tools #6330

Describe the project you are working on

A 2D top down shooter that uses pixel art as its art style

Describe the problem or limitation you are having in your project

The Region editor is cumbersome to use for small texture atlases, where the zoom tool doesn't zoom in enough and the selection rectangle is annoying to use specially at this size

Describe the feature / enhancement and how it helps to overcome the problem or limitation

Allowing to zoom in further into an atlas sprite can help with better selecting the parts needed, while also being an accessibility bonus for people with low vision. Also, the selection box should be able to be drag down instead of creating a whole new selection box for easier exact positioning.

Describe how your proposal will work, with code, pseudo-code, mock-ups, and/or diagrams

Zooming can still work like how it is currently, just allows to zoom in further. The selection box could be dragged around when clicked and dragged from the inside.

If this enhancement will not be used often, can it be worked around with a few lines of script?

There's no work around for this other than editing the Rect properties in the Inspector panel

Is there a reason why this should be core and not an add-on in the asset library?

This should be a core feature for better accessibility and ease of use
