virtualenv support is broken #3

thanks to shinken installing itself all over the filesystem virtualenv doesn't work. This could be fixed in this role or accepted as an upstream caused failure mode - TBD.

Upstream have explicitly stated they never have and never will support running in virtual environments.

For example: https://github.com/naparuba/shinken/issues/1727#issuecomment-148649938

As such I will remove the virtualenv code and carry on.
