Description

Remove "Connect & discuss" section on media item screens
Add "Community" screen, accessible via sidebar menu
- Mirrors https://theliturgists.com/community
- Provides zoom room passcode to patrons
- Directs non-patrons to connect Patreon for zoom room access

Motivation and Context

Closes #127.
