It seems to work again!
As customer, we don't have information about this incident from Google, Making some changes that affects all customers productions and the rollback or the fix take about 1 month implies that the quality of the product is no more like before
Hope next time that the product team tests before to go in production!
In the last weeks, this feature was working perfectly but now the google business chat is showing only a message that says "XXX sent you to content that your device doesn't support".
The Google Messages API answers a 200 but the chat can not render the messages.
