If adding subtitles to a video which doesn’t have them grants the user 20 credits, modifying a 10% those subtitles should grant the user 2 credits, not more.

Cookie based interface language initialization. If the user is logged in, switch to his/her latest selected language. If not logged in use the browser’s user-agent to retrieve the most likely language. The user-agent string should be accesible using Javascript/Flash bridge. Other way of doing it would be to use the Capabilites class of the Flash platform, but it’s not that accurate
