after i ran the setup.py for visualization following the instructions, in the browser view, the window below "Guide Pose Trace" showed only black.
So i wonder if the problem was missed some part of Matterport3D data. Since i have only downloaded "matterport_skybox_images" and "undistorted_camera_parameters", which are the minimum requirements from Matterport3D Simulator(parameters are used for downsampling). I can run a demo from Matterport3D simulator smoothly. Besides i have downloaded matterport_mesh
or there is something else i may done wrong? Thank you in advance!
turns out i have set the directory for matterport wrong, it should be XXX/matterport instead of XXX/matterport/v1/scans as i misunderstood from the instruction.
