change 'whitelist' to 'allowlist' #65

Hi Liz, There has been a significant amount of work put toward this on the internal codebase. However, for unrelated technical reasons, GitHub releases have been put on hold for some time now. I'll leave this open as a tracker though, because my understanding is that the eng team intends to resume GitHub releases at some point in the future.

@chief8192 would you consider accepting a pull request to update this repo's main branch until Google resolves internal blockers?

Hi Aaron, I'll run this by the team which currently maintains Upvote internally, as I'm no longer on that team and can't speak for them.

Hi Liz, I'm from the current team that maintains Upvote. First, thank you for the suggestion! We have updated the internal codebase to deprecate exclusive terms. However, we're not in a position to make another release, nor can we accept PRs for it since the repo is not backwards compatible with our internal codebase.

When we do make another release, this will be addressed in it.
