[Bug]: Add Terms and Conditions feature with signup #86

Describe the bug

Without accepting Terms and Conditions signup is happening.

Expected behavior

Upon successfully checking the Terms and Conditions checkbox and completing the signup process, users gain full access to platform's features and functionalities.

@govind-kumarr make a terms and conditions card is very less time taking and it needs only few minutes to make if you got the content , I guess @gk12 is not able to solve this issue from last week , its pretty huge time

can you assign this issue to me , I will raise a PR for #86 in few hours only
