My timezone got stuck in schedule #1462

The first time I opened schedules in New York. It remembered my TZ. Since I came back home to Israel I opened all pages of OnCall but my TZ got stuck and still is New York:

Seems, It is not a frontend bug, because we put the timezone for user only once and can't change it. We have a discussion with @matiasb and this will be fixed in second iteration for Schedules. Because the functionality of changing time zones will be implemented on backend side

TZ is now consumed from Grafana profile.
