Hi,

We'd love to see richer input capabilities for alert group investigations & resolutions in Grafana Cloud Oncall. There's only text based resolution note capability today which is not sufficient. We'd like to be able to add detailed investigation notes, query metrics, dashboards, add screenshots, etc similar to Grafana Incidents.

I think alert groups are supposed to be ephemeral, with limited search and display capabilities. What you can do is to post a link there to Grafana Incident or other tracking system.
