Improve phone calls user experience #1945

Right now our phone call doesn't look very user friendly. a few suggestions for improvement:

  1. After voicing in the call all resolving options, it would be nice to add the option - repeat the message again (by 4 or 0 key)
  2. After user selected the item from voice menu, confirmation by voice from OnCall side sounds reasonable.
  3. We don't use Incident word inside OnCall workflow. I suggest to change such term in the voice message as well.
