Currently the flow of personal user notifications is called "notification policies" in the hover info tooltip:

The term "notification policy" has been in use in Grafana Alerting for a long time.

To avoid confusion, let's choose another term in OnCall, for example, "notification flow", and use it consistently within the UI and documentation.

Hello @Matvey-Kuk, thank you for your feedback. What I can add from the template is just:

Cloud OnCall (but might be applicable to OS, too)
The UI shows version r145-v1.2.31, not sure how it maps to versions of BE and FE.

The template also has requirements:

Include labels starting with "part:". Like ...

Include labels like bug or feature request.

Please note that most users who open issues do not have permissions to assign labels.
