[Feature Request] show Type for Integrations and Escalation Chains #208

As an OnCall user, I can see what Type my Schedule is i.e. how was it created - ical, API/Terraform and so on

I'd also like to view what Type my Escalation Chain or Integration is i.e. was it created manually or via API/Terraform and so on
