I have a LDAP user connected to our Grafana onprem with Oncall as "steven@company.com". I added him in a team, and he managed to connect the Oncall mobile app, with schedules, EC and everything.
I then went to grafana.com, to the cloud instance, and invited him with his email "steven@company.com". He accepted the invite, and I now see him in the "Users" page on grafana.com account management page. When I go back to OSS Oncall, on the Settings page, Cloud tab, and click "Sync User", I always get the error "User not found in Grafana Cloud".
What did you expect to happen:
I expected to see the LDAP user as Synced with cloud since his account is create in Grafana Cloud with the same email.
How do we reproduce it?
Get LDAP User to login to Grafana OSS
Add User to team in Grafana OSS
As Org Admin, go to Grafana Cloud User management and invite that user to the cloud instance
Have the user accept the invitation
Check in Grafana OSS/Oncall, that the user have been synced up with Cloud
User isn't synced.
