Add option to send Shift Swap slack notifications to another channel #2890

What would you like to see!

Currently, shift swap notifications get sent to the same slack channel as the "New on-call shift" notifications.

Team members frequently have this channel muted.

I am currently working around this by either sharing the swap request to our team channel or using @notifications for the team(s) that handle the rotation.

It might be nice if it were possible to specify a different channel to send the shift swap requests to.

This is low priority; I have a couple workarounds.
