Escalation step that will pick one person from several schedules #2893

What would you like to see!

We have common parts in our system that don't have clear ownership, since several teams contribtes there. We wanna have posibility to set alerts for general metrics that will trigger escalation chain that will select one person from different teams schedules who is currently on call there.

I belive we need new escalation step that will allow to input several schedules and will pick up only one person from that schedules, so in the end only one person will be paged.

Selection across calendars can be round robin or random. Random may provide even load on each team schedule.
