mobile app: pause schedule scrolling when passing "today" #2984

when you are before today and scroll down, instead of scrolling past today, can we stop at today, requiring another scroll to continue going down? also same thing, but other direction

originally asked by @simonc6372 on slack:

As your swiping through a schedule, it doesn't "stick" at "today". You swipe down to look forward and up to look back, but it zooms past "now" and you have to use the "today" button. I'd ideally want it to stop at "today" (in either direction) and then require an additional swipe to move beyond today (in either direction)

@raphael-batte what do you think about this idea? I'm not convinced, maybe it's a bit too much, also because you don't have a lot of events in a single day
