I would very much like for Grafana OnCall to notify an engineer when they're about to go on call, in good time so they are aware. The way I recall it, PagerDuty would send me an email the week before I would go on call.
This functionality is essential since the schedule could change since the last time you check it, and it's happened to me that I was scheduled to be on call the same week as I was going on vacation. The latter most likely happened due to an automatic rescheduling.
