Calendar UI skips Feburary when requesting new shift swap #3782

What went wrong?

What happened:

When I make new shift swap request in Schedule from 01/31/2024 00:00 until 02/01/2024, datetime component for until shows 03/01/2024 which is wrong date.
Tested other months but identified this issue happens in Feburary only.

What did you expect to happen:

I expect 02/01/2024 instead of 03/01/2024

How do we reproduce it?

Create new Schedule
Click Request shift swap
Try choosing 02/01/2024 in swap end field

Grafana OnCall Version

Grafana v10.4.0-65610 (85b9edcd28) (Reproduced in Grafana Cloud)
