What would you like to see!

We have a custom Incident Declaration workflow that flows through webhook calls. The Declare Incident button is causing confusion for our users as our incident declaration workflow does not link to IRM. Therefore, we would like to customize the actions associated with Declare Incident, or remove the option and/or customize.
