API Insight: 'is_phone_number_verified' is available, but where's 'is_app_verified'? Are Phones Still Relevant for Calls? #4895

What would you like to see!

The endpoint https://oncall-prod-us-central-0.grafana.net/oncall/api/v1/user provides the "is_phone_number_verified" field, but it does not include an "is_app_verified" field.

We need this information to avoid manually checking if the app is connected and to prevent unnecessarily prompting users to register their phone numbers when it won't be needed.
