Carla/Lydie Instruments page improvement #42

Hi, Carla and I worked on improving the instruments page during the workshop. The main part of the code implementing the MUI Datatable and the add and modify options has already been merged. However, we still need to put back the delete button. Thanks ! 🚀

We opened a PR to add the delete button to the table. We tried and improve the search bar by doing the same thing that worked for datatables in other pages but it didn't work. So for now it still only finds exact matches.
