Remove the wp_die() that password protected collections use and have them use the themes template files instead.

Default template used.

I started having this same issue http://support.graphpaperpress.com/discussions/sell-media/1493-sell-media-collection-pages-wwwpicahlocom. The menu is not showing in most of our themes but it shows in Snaps, Retouch, Retouch-Pro, Gridspace, Storyteller are some of the themes I have checked. I don't remember this happening before and all of a sudden its not working. I think we are missing here something but could not pinpoint the issue.

Chandra found out that this issue is related with the default permalink. If we change from default to any other, the menu shows up. And other thing is, its server dependent.

Seems to work well on Sell Photos, but in 2012 the items are displayed and so is the password box.

maharzan commented 11 years ago

Isn't this fixed?

zanematthew commented 11 years ago

This is what I see in 2012

Everything seems to work fine, QA again and I think we can close this one.

sanamaharjan commented 11 years ago

Working for me as well.

zanematthew commented 11 years ago

I'm getting this in Stock Photography, do you have an idea why? Can you test in Stock Photography and see if you get the same?
