prison
hospital
care (nursing home, aged care)
other

Not presently counted in the australia dataset.

These will be special cases in which a facility is shared, with the number of residents equal to the number of people in that type of facility in each SA1.

Then scaled up to SA2, allowing more than one 'care' facility in a given SA2.
