Use 'attack rate' not 'reproduction rate' where evidence exists #35

As I understand it:

Suppose two infected people visit a workplace. One comes in close contact with 10 people, the other 100.

If both have the same reproduction rate then the same number of people will be infected. But with the same attack rate the person with 100 close contacts will cause 10 times the number of new infections.

Just confirming that reproduction numbers don't play a role in the model anymore?
