Age-specific hospitalisation, ICU and death probabilities #53

We haven't really used the patient outcomes data, but we will need to in the report. At the moment, as far as I can see, hospital etc rates are a single integer:

$p_asympto
[1] 0.48

$p_critical
[1] 0.02

$p_death
[1] 0.01

Can we add age-specific outcome probabilities?
