ggarg

ggarg is an in-development R package for the visualisation and annotation of Ancestral Recombination Graphs (ARGs) and other tree-based phylogenetic networks. It extends the functionality of ggtree and ggplot2.

Installation of ggarg is currently not advised due to the fact that its still in development. However we encourage you to watch this space as we plan to release official public versions soon!
