Secondary channel position bug #56

If I change the name of the primary channel from "+ New Session" to anything else then the secondary channel will be made at the bottom of the category ignoring the vc/toggleposition command.

Edit: the name of the primary channel has literally nothing to with anything, it's never even used by any code. Sounds like something on discord breaking and there's nothing we can do about that.
