PADE + Mosaik example integration

This is a modification of Mosaik standard example to demonstrate the integration of PADE with Mosaik.

Firts install the packages dependencies:

pip install -r requirements.txt

Then install PADE, clonning from github repository and typing in terminal:

python setup.py install

To start the demo, just type:

python launcher.py
