Update on atomic swap and coinswap

If Scilio is around I'd like to see if we can get an update on coinswap. Additionally, what are the next steps to bringing atomic swaps to fruition

I think we can just do a round of updates. Also we can discuss if there are things community members would like to be on the community agenda, and that is all for today. Lets make it a short but effective meeting.
