OpenID namespace specified improperly #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?

 1. Make an OpenID 2 request to the example server

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

 All response messages have openid.ns:... in the query string instead of
openid.ns=...

Hi Josh. I changed the examples to use 2.0 namespace and I don't see 
"openid.ns:...",
only "openid.ns=http://..." in the responses. Can you elaborate?

Strangely, I've failed to reproduce this bug. I should have saved the request 
and
response URLs when I observed this. Close it for now. I'll open again if it 
turns out
I'm not crazy.
