Java OpenID = JOID
This library lets you create OpenID providers as well as relying parties. Both OpenID 1.1 and 2.0 is covered.

NOTE: One cannot use the regular password for USERNAME@gmail.com, but rather use the "generated googlecode.com password". In order to get this password, browse to http://code.google.com/p/joid/source and sign in with your regular google acount and then one should see a link "googlecode.com password" pointing to this special google code password.
