no class in .jar file #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download the latest .jar
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
there is no org.verisign.joid.consumer.OpenIdFilter class

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
the latest from this site

Please provide any additional information below.
.jar file is incomplete

The OpenIdFilter class does not exist in any of the three versions of the JOID 
jar
file (1.0, 1.0.1, 1.0.2). Given the latest is dated April 2007, what could have
happened?  Several search results shows using OpenIdFilter, with no mention of a
specific jar that contains the class.

This is my first look at joid. However, I did check out trunk from svn and 
built it.
The org.verisign.joid.consumer is there.  Is this a relatively new capability?
