Inline voice recording #15

The interface for asking questions at a quiz meet should come with an inline voice recorder for each quiz, so the Quizmaster can listen to recordings of questions and answers as needed.

Each recording can be deleted after each quiz.

The more I think about this, the more I think this really shouldn't be part of CBQZ but instead a separate app like Audacity. Just have Audacity running and recording in the background, and then pop over to listen to it whenever needed.
