Stable plugin version relying on Homebridge v2 beta #144

Plugin v3 requires Homebridge v2 which doesn't yet have a stable release. This causes inconsistent experience as updating the stable version of the plugin requires installing unstable version of Homebridge. So either plugin v3 should be tagged as beta so that Homebridge UI won't suggest updating the plugin or the plugin should still rely on stable version of the Homebridge.

Closing as support for Homebridge v1 was restored in v3.1.4
