This project aims at making NetBSD's wsconsctl(8) backlight/brightness control work with acpivga(4) as backend. Currently, such control is possible through ad-hoc acpivga(4) sysctl(8) variables.

Ideally, other acpi(4) drivers providing backlight/brightness control should be modified similarly.
