Why do you want to allow ages beyond 14, even 0-1 year? I always wonder when I see something like that on a site... Same for the 100 years. It is not too realistic too allow that. But I changed it per your request. I just wonder.
Good point, can you make it so the user has to be at least 15, it's in the Terms and Conditions:
By accessing, subscribing, downloading and/or otherwise using the Campusmack Technology, you certify that you (a) are at least fifteen (15) years of age.
We should be consistent w/ that and only allow at least 15 year olds to sign up.

Update the date of birth so there's nothing displayed in the drop downs initially and the years range from the current year to 100 years prior.
Add some space between the Affiliation drop downs and the text "of".
