Voting Issue #27

  1. Vote buttons do not work on the College Show page.
  2. Voting is slow, can we add a flash message that says "Post Voted Up Successfully" or "Post Voted Down Successfully" to make sure the User knows their vote was counted. The message just needs to pop up and fade out.
