1. Rename .env.example -> .env
2. Change env variables value (more info pm me)
3. Test method get: http://localhost:1337/series?dateInitial=2018-08-01&dateEnd=2019-02-01&idGroup=192&idGroup=433
4. npm start / npm run debug
