http proxy setting for cernvm bootloader #11

Bootloader needs explicitly to set forward proxy if it is not transparent, otherwisse it'll not boot the CernVM.

Current workaround is to maintain different images.

First with iso disk with user-data encoded ... [ucernvm-begin] cvmfs_branch=cernvm-sl7.cern.ch cvmfs_server=hepvm.cern.ch [ucernvm-end]
Second with iso disk with user data encoded ... [ucernvm-begin] cvmfs_branch=cernvm-sl7.cern.ch cvmfs_server=hepvm.cern.ch cvmfs_proxy=http://wwwcache.dl.ac.uk:8080 cvmfs_http_proxy=http://wwwcache.dl.ac.uk:8080 [ucernvm-end]

Workaround could be to create custom disc.
