service doesn't compile on mono from cvmfs #2

seems there is bug in mono 4.6.1.5, nuget restore WARNING: Error: TrustFailure (The authentication or decryption has failed.)

fixed: added installation of ssl certificate into bootstrapservice.sh as http://stackoverflow.com/questions/15181888/ mozroots --import --sync
