Detect login status

allow anonymous usage of Virtual Folder
filemanager allows browse public repository - added PDB browse - with links to pdb entries and pdb-redo entries
filepicker requires login - redirects

Changed VF behavior. New web service /metadataservice/userinfo introduced, detects whether user is logged and how, returns info.
